Warren McEntee

SALEM - Mr. Warren McEntee, 69, Salem, Died 3 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 2, at the Henry County Heath(err) Center.

He was born April 19, 1915, in Mt. Sterling, Ill., the son of Frank and Mary Langan McEntee. He married Leola Tarry in May 17, 1937, in Mt. Sterling, Ill.

Mr. McEntee was a retired farmer and a former resident of Nauvoo, Ill. He was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Mt. Pleasant and a life-time member of the Knights of Columbus.

Surviing(err): His wife; seven sons, Richard and Gerald, both of Arcadia, Calif., Donald, Seal Beach, Calif., William, Plano, Texas, Robert, Stockport, Terry, Glendora, Calif., and Edward, Stockport, Calif.; six daughters, Mrs. Peggy Kirby, Glendale, Calif., Mrs. Bonnie Studebaker, Redmond, Wash., Mrs. Betty Mahoney, Carmichael, Calif., Mrs. Cindy Vallee, Palos Verdes, Calif., Mrs. Debbie Haverly, Manteca, Calif., and Patricia McEntee, San Diego, Calif.; 20 grandchildren.

Funeral: 1:30 p.m., Monday, Aug. 6, St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Nauvoo; the Rev. Paul Showalter officiating; St. Peter and Paul Cemetery. A Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5; Beatty Funeral Home, Mt. Pleasant. A memorial has been establised(err) for St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Mt. Pleasant, and for St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Nauvoo, Ill.
