Vera Hull

Mrs. Vera Hull, 81, of 3075 Sunnyside Avenue, died at the Burlington Medical Center at 8:30 a.m. Friday, June 1, 1984.

She was born on May 29, 1903, at Stockport, the oldest child of Delbert and Myrtle Fleming Morris. The family moved to Burlington in the early 1920's. She was married to Ralph T. Hull on Nov. 23, 1923 in Burlington.

Mrs. Hull was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and OES.

Surviving are her son, R. Luverne Hull and wife of Des Moines, a daughter Beverly Gallatin and husband Harry of Edwardsville, Ill.; two brothers, Richard Morris of Santa Ana, Calif., and Kenneth Morris of West Burlington, a sister, Mrs. Lilliam Canfield and husband Cecil of Burlington, four grandsons and 10 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph, a brother, Doyle B. Morris and two nephews.

Services were at the First United Presbyterian Church on Monday, June 4, with Rev. Clifford Hoskins officiating. Burial was in Aspen Grove Cemetery. Sheagren's Funeral Home was in charge of services.
