Services for Sarah Lee Link, 41, of Farmington, whose body was found Monday afternoon in Wapello County, southeast of Ottumwa, will be Friday, April 20, 1984, at 1:30 p.m. at Pedrick Funeral Home, Douds. Rev. Charles Stevens of Burlington will officiate.

Interment will be in Iowaville Cemetery near Selma.

She was born Jan. 8, 1943, at Fort Madison to Delbert and Mildred Jones Carlisle.

Surviving are her husband, Rex of Farmington, a daughter Cynthia L. Moyes of Iowa City, two sons James Hook of Ottumwa and John Crutcher at home, three step sons Steven, Anthony, and Joshua Link of Quincy, Ill., two grandchildren, J.D. Hook of Belleville, Ill., and Matthew Moyes of Iowa City, her mother and her step father Mildred and Joe Michael of Selma, her grandmother, Hildred Jones of Keosauqua, sisters Elizabeth Stone of Douds, Mary Jane Harem of Marshalltown, brothers, Paul Carlisle of Hermiston, Oregon, and Thomas Carlisle of Whittier, Calif.

She was preceeded in death by her father, a son, Justin Alfred Hook, Jr., and a brother, William Carlisle.
