Robert C. Wead

Robert C. Wead, 78, of Washington, Iowa died on Wednesday morning, Jan. 25, 1984. The Wead family lived in the Stockport area for nine years in the 1930's, when Bob was a teacher in the Stockport High School.

He has been in business in Washington, Iowa, since that time, and has been very active in city affairs, especially in church work.

The Weads were the parents of three children, Eugene, Beverly and Ardythe.

Services were held at the United Methodist Church in Washington, Iowa on Friday, Jan. 27, 1984, with Rev. Debby Kresey and Rev. J. Ronald Crandall officiating.
