Joseph R. Smith

Joseph R. Smith, three-month-old son of Michael and Tina Lasswell Smith, Hillsboro, died Thursday, Oct. 13, 1983.

Dr. Warren Scott, Henry County medical examiner, termed the death a crib death.

The boy was born in Mount Pleasant June 27, 1983.

Surviving are parents; brother Michael John Smith, at home; grandparents John L. Smith Danville, Kathleen Smith, Yarmouth, and Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Lasswell, Salem; and great-grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Earl Smith, New London, Mrs. William Johnson, Danville, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Lasswell, LaBelle, Mo., and Velma Danforth, Williamstown, Mo.
