MARTINA LONDRIE

Martina Londrie, 75, Keokuk, died at 3:39 a.m. Monday, August 29, 1983 in her home.

Mrs. Londrie was born April 27, 1908, in Chehalif, Washington. She moved to Keokuk from Farmington in 1976. She was a former member of the Congregational Church at Farmington, the American Legion Auxiliary at Montrose, the Navy Mothers, the Rebekah Lodge at Keokuk and the Keokuk Garden Club.

In 1929, she was married to Wendell Krenmeyer. In 1944, she was married to Lowell H. Londrie, who survives.

Also surviving are two sons, Gary Krenmeyer of Keokuk and Ronald Londrie of West Des Moines; two brothers, Paul VanZant and Dale Van Zant, both of Keokuk; a sister, Wilma Norton of Orange, California and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and four sisters. Her parents were William B. and Hallie Miller VanZant.

Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 31, at the Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington with Dr. Leland Beck officiating. Burial was in Greenglade Cemetery.

A memorial is being established. Contributions may be made at the Hofbauer Funeral Home.
