Goldie M. Therme

Mrs. Goldie M. Therme, 92, Farmington, died at 2:30 p.m. Friday, July 22, 1983, at the home of her daughter in West Burlington, Juanita Johnson, with whom she had lived for the past two years.

She was born Sept. 30, 1890, in Clark County, Mo. to David and Lenora Brock Rider. She married the late Volney C. Therme March 4, 1916 in Keokuk.

Mrs. Therme was a member of the United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, OES, RNA, Rebekah Lodge, American Legion Auxiliary and Farmington Cemetery Association.

Surviving are a son Manford T., Farmington; two daughters, Verna Johnson, Farmington and Juanita Johnson; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday at the Farmington United Methodist Church, the Rev. James Rozendall officiating. Interment was in Greenglade Cemetery. A memorial has been established at Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington.
