Paul Reo Hervey

Paul Reo Hervey, son of Joseph and Frankie Houston Hervey, was born November 12, 1906 at Mt. Sterling and died Wednesday, June 29, 1983 at Van Buren Good Samaritan Center in Keosauqua at the age of 76.

He had been a district sales manager for the Allis-Chalmers Co. in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico, and later operated an upholstery shop in Fairfield.

Surviving are two sisters, Nola Robbins of Farmington and Leona Hassler of Grants Pass, Ore. and several nieces and nephews. A son, Paul Dean Hervey and an infant son preceded him in death.

His body was donated to the University of Iowa college of medicine and no funeral was held. Arrangements were in charge of Pedrick Funeral Home, Keosauqua.
