Jason Edwin Boyer, two days old, of Farmington died Monday, Feb. 14, 1983 at 4:50 p.m. at the Ottumwa Hospital.

He was born Saturday, Feb. 12, in Ottumwa, the son of Harley John and Judith Stine Boyer.

He is survived by his parents; a half-sister Kathy A. Judy; a sister, Carrie Boyer; one brother, John Robert Boyer; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harley Boyer of Farmington; and Mrs. Robert Stine of Fort Madison; a great-great grandmother, Ellen Vance of Farmington and Mrs. Pat Hromek of Fort Madison.

Graveside rites will be Friday, Feb. 18, 1983 at 10 a.m. at the Greenglade Cemetery, Farmington. Pastor Gary Worsham will officiate. Hofbauer Funeral Home of farmington is in charge of arrangements.
