Edward Wheaton

Edward Wheaton, 85, Milton died Wednesday, July 7, 1982 at his residents.

A farmer, he was born in Van Buren County on November 3, 1896 to William and Mary Shelly Wheaton. He had been a lifetime resident of Davis and Van Buren Counties.

He married Pairalee Lunsford on October 23, 1926 in Bloomfield.

Survivors include his wife; one son, O.L. Wheaton of Milton; and two brothers, Roy and Warren, both of Ottumwa.

Funeral services were held at 2 P.M. Friday, July 9, 1982 at the Wagler Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. Ellis Andrews. Burial was in the Pulaski Cemetery.
