Edgar Franklin Sheets of Alexandria, (Mo.), passed away Saturday at 2 p.m. He was the son of the late Henry and Rosa Belle Watkins Sheets and was born October 17, 1914, near Mt. Sterling, Iowa.

He was employed at a stave mill in Hamilton,Ill.

He was married to Miss Helen Overhulser who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Roselee Davis of Monmouth, Ill., and Miss Wanda Sheets at home.

The funeral was held Monday, October 12, at 2 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Richard Dillinger.

Pallbearers were Herman Shannan, Murray Mortimer, Wilber Mortimer, Delbert Arnold, Kenneth Hughes and Robert Davis.

Interment was in the Combs Cemetery at Luray.

(Unknown newspaper.) Edgar died October 10, 1959 in an automobile accident near Keokuk, Iowa. He is a brother of my mother, Hazel Sheets. Alexander.)
