GRACE RUTH WILLIAMS

Grace Ruth Williams, daughter of Alvin and Gertrude Hickle, was born October 22, 1909 in New York and departed this life Saturday, February 21, 1981 in Bullhead City, Arizona, at the age of 71.

On June 27, 1930, she married Charles Williams in Cedar Rapids. Most of their married life was spent in Ottumwa, and they were just moving into their new home in Arizona at the time of her death.

She was a member of the Presbyterian Church, and had been employed 18 years by John Morrell & Co. in Ottumwa.

Remaining to cherish her memory are her husband, Charlie, three brothers, Oscar Hickle, Tucson, Arizona; James Hickle in Northern Iowa; and Robert Hickle in Kansas; a sister, Dora Ann in Washington State, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Thursday, February 26, 1981 at 10 A.M. at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with Rev. Paul Knupp officiating. Interment was in Forbes Cemetery, north of Keosauqua.
