ORA L. BECKER

Ora L. Becker, 68, of Western Pines, West Burlington, died at 5:21 p.m. Friday, March 27, at Mediapolis Care Center.

He was born Sept. 25, 1912, in Farmington, the son of Charles and Mamie Glasgow Becker. He married Marian Philpo June 16, 1940, in Montrose.

Surviving: his wife; two sons, Joseph, Mediapolis and Ross, Bonaparte; a daughter, Mrs. Charles (Leona) Byers, Burlington; two sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Shoemaker and Mrs. Mae Riley, both of Farmington; six grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 30 at the Lunning Chapel, Burlington with the Rev. Clifford Haskins officiating. Burial was in Aspen Grove Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established.
