Curtis A. Williamson

Curtis A. Williamson, son of Charles of Monroe and Florence Steffan Williamson, was born September 29, 1910, in Leroy, Illinois, and passed away May 31, 1983, in the University Hospital, Iowa City, Iowa.

He was married to Daisy Agens Runyon, in 1931, in Illinois. She preceded him in death November 25, 1976.

He is survived by one daughter, Ellagene Scott of Ottumwa, Iowa, two step-daughters, Beulah Oakley and Vilta Pederson; one step-son, Hubert Helmick; one sister, Lucille Helmick; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Friday, June 3, 1983, at 1 p.m. in the Payne-Gerth Funeral Chapel, Memphis, Missouri. Rev. Kenneth Campbell officiated. Organist was Ann Luther and soloist was Kenneth Campbell. Body bearers were Charles B. Green, Ivan L. Ruth, Lowell Scott, Leland Junkert, and P.C. Hinds. Burial was in the Sunnyside Cemetery, Milton, Iowa.
