Kenneth McNabb

Kenneth LaVerne McNabb, 65, of route 1, Milton, died July 28, 1989, at his home.

He was born April 16, 1924, in Troy to Jesse and Verena Gattfelder McNabb. He was a lifetime farmer in the Troy High School. He was a member of the SCS Committee, Lebanon Cemetery Board and Lebanon Methodist Church Board and a past member of Fox Valley Community School Board. He married Pauline Randolph on Aug. 7, 1949, in Keosauqua.

He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Kathy Szary of Grinnell; four sons, Kevin of Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark., Michael of Houston, Texas, Randy of Milton and Vincent Watson of Des Moines; and a sister, Pauline Ritz of Bloomfield.

A son, Timothy, preceded him in death in 1969.

Funeral services were held Monday at Lebanon Methodist Church, the Rev. Stephen Conte officiating. Burial was in the Lebanon Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to his church or Van Buren County Memorial Hospital.
