MRS. JAMES H. TAYLOR

Rondwa Elma Chaplin was born in Cantril, Iowa, June 21, 1893, and departed this life at the Jefferson county hospital Fairfield, Iowa, January 17, 1925.

On December 29, 1912, she was united in marriage to James H. Taylor. To this union were born five children Demar age 11, Hazel, 9, Howard, 7, Willa Mae, 4, and Ray Marsell, 2. She came to Fairfield about 5 years ago.

At the age of 14 years she united with the Christian church at Pulaski and in 1920 transferred her membership to the Christian church in Fairfield. Unable, because of home duties and the care of the children, to attend church very often, she yet found time with her husband's help to train her children in the nature and admonition of the Lord.

Besides her husband and children she is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ira Chaplin of Cantril, Iowa, four brothers and their families, B. G. Chaplin, Mt. Sterling; E. O. and J. F. Chaplin, Troy and L. E. Chaplin of Waterloo. Two sisters, Ella and Mrs. J. M. Vale and two brothers Willie and Charlie preceeded her in death.

Brother-in-law and sisters-in-law of the deceased are Garfield, Everett and Glen Taylor of Bloomfield, Mrs. J. E. Wilcoxson of Natchez, Miss., and Mrs. H. E. Tone of Los Angeles, Calif.
