Daniel Franklin Knupp

Daniel Franklin Knupp, 76, of Memphis, Missouri, died at his home at 1:15 a.m., Monday, November 11, 1985.

Mr. Knupp was born May 5, 1909, a son of Samuel B. and Effie Francis Knupp. He was married to Lola M. Saylor in Memphis, Missouri, on June 23, 1934, who survives. To this union was born two sons and two daughters, Donna Marie Eakins, Ottumwa, Iowa, Daniel Franklin Knupp, Jr., Memphis, Missouri, Robert James Knupp, Ft. Madison, Iowa; and Francis Kay Blumer, Memphis, Missouri. Also surviving are ten grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Effie Quattro, Cortland, New York and Mary Horstman, Syracuse, New York; two brothers, E. Paul Knupp, Mishawaka, Indiana, and Orville Knupp, Cortland, New York.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters.

Mr. Knupp farmed his entire life in southern Iowa and northern Missouri.

Private family memorial services are to be held.
