Charles K. Ivins, Jr.

Charles Kenneth Ivins, Jr., 81, Danville, died in University Hospitals, Iowa City, Sunday, Feb. 13.

He was born July 23, 1901, at Denmark to Charles and Harriet Wick Ivins. He married Clara Allen Aug. 26, 1932, at Memphis, Mo.

He was a retired custodian and a member of the Danville United Methodist Church.

His wife survives.

Memorial rites: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Prugh's Chapel, the Rev. Clifford H. Haskins. The body was deeded to the Universtiy of Iowa anatomy department. A Heart Fund memorial has been established.
