Former Bloomfield resident Donald V. "Buzz" Hunter, 61, of Columbus, Ohio, died at the Grant Hospital in Columbus on Friday, July 19, 1985.

He was a member of the Scioto Ridge United Methodist Church, American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and was president of the H&G Securities and Time Energy Inc.

He is survived by his wife, Wilda; two sons, Ted of Orient, Ohio, and Dennis of Columbus, Ohio; a daughter, Mary Annette of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.; two grandchildren; a brother, Jack of Seymour; and two sisters, Joann Campbell of Council Bluffs and Joy Burton of Pulaski.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Pulaski Cemetery, the Rev. Ellis Andrews officiating. Military rites will be by the Reed-Whisler Post No. 78.
