Claude Conner

Claude C. Conner, 86, of Milton, died Sunday, March 14 at 7 a.m. at Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua.

He was born July 21, 1884, at Weir City, Kansas, the son of John and Clara Everett Conner. He spent most of his life near Pittsburg and Girard, Kansas, as a mechanic. In October 1970 he moved to Milton to live with is sister, Mabel Gibson, who survives.

The service was Tuesday, March 16, at w p.m. at Wellborn Funeral Home conducted by the Rev. Herbert Phillips. Burial was in Sunnyside Cemetery.
