Harry F. Hendricks

Harry Frank Hendricks, 91, died at Madison Manor at Winterset on Wednesday, May 6. A farmer, he had spent most of his life in Davis County around Troy and Pulaski.

He was born Sept. 13, 1878, at Adair, the son of David and Martha Cult Hendricks. On Jan. 1, 1903, he married Flora Hargrove, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Lawrence of Bloomfield and Francis of Kingsley; two daughters, Mrs. Charles Burkett of Winterset and Mrs. Jess Hull of Burlington; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; and three brothers, George of Douds, Will of Bloomfield and Bert of California.

The funeral service was held Friday, May 8 at 10 a.m. at Wellborn Funeral Home conducted by the Rev. Newton Payne. Burial was in Sunnyside Cemetery.
