Charles G. Brown

Charles G. Brown, 84, of Montrose Rt. 1, died Thursday, March 12, at 4:15 p.m. in Sacred Heart hospital, Ft. Madison.

He was born Oct. 27, 1885, in Montrose, the son of Charles and Mary Scott Brown. May 15, 1922, he married Cecelia Slattery in Farmington. Mr. Brown was a farmer, of the Methodist faith, and a member of the Eagles of Keokuk.

Surviving are his wife; a son, Junior A. Brown; three daughters, Mrs. Harrison Pezley and Marjorie Brown, both of Montrose, and Mrs. Leroy Fedler, Burlington; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Roy . . . .(remainder missing)
