Mrs. Faye C. McEldowney, 70, Cantril, died at Davis County Hospital, Bloomfield, Monday, Mar. 16, at 7:10 P.M.

She was born Nov. 28, 1899, at Arbela, Mo., the daughter of Walter and Lizzie Keisel Holton.

She was a member of the Baptist Church at Prairie View, and the American Legion Auxiliary.

On June 27, 1917, she married George McEldowney, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Marion, of Cantril; a daughter, Mrs. James Allen of Burlington; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two sisters, Mrs. George Reese and Mrs. Rollie Bowman of Arbela, Mo.

Funeral service were held at 1:30 P.M., Thursday, at Cantril Christian Church, conducted by the Rev. Herbert Phillips and the Rev. James McKean. Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery. Arrangements by Wellborn Funeral Home of Milton.
