Relatives received word of the death of Mr. Hoyt Moxley, a former Hillsboro resident, on Sunday, March 1st at Moosehaven, Florida, where he had resided the past several years. He was born April 12, 1895, at Hillsboro, the son of Levi and Elizabeth Buckles Moxley. He is survived by a son, Charles Moxley of Washington State, two daughters, Mrs. Virginia McKern of Leon, Iowa and Mrs. Mamie Roberts of Garden Grove; a sister, Mrs. Grace Montgomery of Mt. Pleasant; six grandchildren; one nephew and three nieces. His parents and one sister, Mrs. Nina Eyler, preceded him in death. Funeral services were held at 2:30 P.M. Wednesday at the Crane-Ewart-Young Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. Burial was at Hillsboro Cemetery.
