Ross White

Ross White, 85, died at 8:15 a.m. Friday, May 9 at Davis County Hospital, Bloomfield.

A farmer, he was the son of Lloyd B. and Alpharetta Taylor White, born in Davis County on Sept. 22, 1883. He was a lifelong resident of Davis County and was affiliated with the former Stiles Methodist Church. He was married to Stella Church. He was married to Stella Melton, who preceded him in death in 1943.

Surviving are four daughters, Hazel Bunner of Milton, Naomi Shook of Iowa City, Juanita Harris of Kirksville, Mo., and Eva Vanderlinden of Bloomfield; and two sons, Lloyd of Stiles and Everett of Atlanta, Ga.

Wagler Funeral Home, Bloomfield, was in charge of funeral arrangements.
