Timothy Jon McNabb

Timothy Jon McNabb, son of Kenneth and Pauline Randolph McNabb, was born Oct. 7, 1956 at the Van Buren County Hospital and departed this life Feb. 8, 1969 at University Hospital in Iowa City.

Timmy was a sixth grade student at Fox Valley Community School in Cantril. He was a member of the Friendly four Corners 4-H Club of Lebanon and took an active interest in various projects, especially woodworking.

He is survived by his parents, a sister, Kathy, and four brothers, Randy, Michael, Kevin and Vincent, who is in the United States Army stationed in Thailand. Also surviving are his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Randolph of Milton and Mrs. Verena McNabb Barker of Troy; other relatives and a wide circle of friends.

He was a child who looked forward to each day as the dawn of a new experience and something not to be taken for granted.

Services were held at Lebanon United Methodist Church Thursday, Feb. 13 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Herbert Phillips and Rev. Dennis Nicholson officiating. Interment in Lebanon Cemetery. Wellborn Funeral Home was in charge.
