Mrs. Emma Loges

Mrs. Emma W. Loges, 89, of near Donnellson, died Wednesday at 8:40 a.m. in St. Joseph's Hospital, Keokuk. She was born Sept. 2, 1879, in Lee County the daughter of Frederick and Maria Schweer Vornkalhl.

Mrs. Loges was married to August Frederick Loges, April 15, 1905, at her home near Primrose. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Donnellson.

Surviving are four sons, Fred Loges, Farmington; John, Herbert, and Leonard Loges, all of Donnellson; a half-sister, Mrs. Lula Schrepser, Donnellson; six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Services were held Friday at 2 p.m. at Miller Home for Funerals. The Rev. Victor Engleman will officiate. Burial was in the cemetery at Primrose.
