RAYMOND HEWITT

KEOSAUQUA - Former Keosauqua resident Raymond Hewitt, 65, of Keokuk, died at a Keokuk hospital Friday morning after a long illness.

He was born in Schyler County, Mo. on Nov. 30, 1911 to George and Stella Carter Hewitt.

He had worked at the Van Buren County Home for 10 years and was a retired laborer.

Survivors include his wife, Chloe; five children; and a sister, Fern Aylor of Keosauqua.

Funeral arrangements are pending.
