Death Takes Mrs. Heston

Mrs. Lloyd Heston, longtime resident of the Fairfield Community, died at 7:45 p.m. Thursday at the Park View Care Center where she had been a patient since September.

Last rites will be Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Stumbo officiating. Burial will be in Fell Cemetery at Libertyville.

Nellie A. Heston, 74, was born Oct. 3, 1899, at Utica in Van Buren County, the daughter of W.B. and Amelia Augusta Schroeder Morris. She was reared and educated in Stockport and Glasgow Communities.

She was married Jan. 28, 1920, to Lloyd Heston in Fairfield. She spent her entire married life in the Libertyville and Fairfield areas. Mrs. Heston was a member of the Methodist Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Edmund Watson, Fairfield; Mrs. Vern Vorhies, Birmingham; and Mrs. Jacob Shafer, Mount Pleasant; 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, three sisters, Mrs. Blanche Roberts, Myrtle Morris and Mrs. Phyllis McCurdy, all of Fairfield; and a brother, Wallace Morris, Park Ridge, Ill.
