NINA FETTERS
FARMINGTON - Nina Fetters, 76, of Farmington, died Monday at 7:15 p.m. at Van Buren County Memorial Hospital in Keosauqua, following a lengthy illness.
She was born Sept. 21, 1900, at Hillsboro to Harris and Rebecca Miller Logan. On March 11, 1920, she married Shelley Fetters at Ottumwa. He preceded her in death.
She moved to Farmington from Cantril one year ago.
Surviving are two daughters, Freda Simmons Dunn of Farmington and Mrs. Velma Shell of East Wenatchee, Wash.; one brother, William Logan of Bloomfield; one sister, Mrs. Iona Dinsmore of Hillsboro; nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
The service will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at Miller-Hofbauer Funeral Home, with the Rev. Gary Worsham officiating. Burial will be in Sharon Cemetery north of Farmington.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
