NELLIE SMITH

CANTRIL - Mrs. Nellie Smith, 91, formerly of this area, died Friday at Sabetha, Kan.

She was born Dec. 8, 1884, in Mount Sterling to William and Arominta Wollam Parsons. Her husband, James A. Smith, died in 1962.

She had lived in Iowa until moving four years ago to Sabetha, where a son lives.

Surviving are two sons, Everett of Sabetha and Wayne of Galesburg, Ill.; one daughter, Rosalie Hiller of Dallas, Tex.; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

The funeral was held today at 2 p.m. at the Cantril Christian Church, with the Rev. Charles Fudenski officiating. Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery.

Wellborn Funeral Home at Milton was in charge of arrangements.
