MARY ETTA GAFFNEY

MILTON - Mary Etta Gaffney, 75, died Thursday at 12:40 p.m. at Davis County Hospital in Bloomfield.

She was born May 18, 1901, in Davis County to Phillip and Emma Kinsinger Bletzer. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.

On Aug. 11, 1921, she married Dean Gaffney. He survives.

Also surviving are two sons, Norris of Memphis, Mo. and Jerrold of Barneveld, Wis.; two daughters, Jeanne Evans of Des Moines and Norma Zeither of Douds; 16 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

The service will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Milton United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Herbert DeMello officiating. Burial will be Saturday from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at Wellborn Funeral Home.
