SYLVIA GIBERSON

STOCKPORT - Sylvia Ethel Giberson, 85, died Sunday at Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua.

She was born Dec. 5, 1890, in Van Buren County to William and Cynthia Coltrane Stanley. On Aug. 26, 1910, she married Benjamin Giberson at Stockport. He died in 1974.

Surviving are two daughters, Ethel Mills of Hillsboro and Ethel Keck of Stockport; 10 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.

The service will be Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at Burch Funeral Home in Birmingham, with the Rev. David Kennedy officiating. Burial will be in Hickory Grove Cemetery northeast of Stockport.
