ROSA M. BROWN

DOUDS - Rosa M. Brown, 90, of Douds, died Thursday at 6:50 p.m. at Park View Care Center in Fairfield, where she had lived since September.

Shew as born Nov. 13, 1885, in Eldon to Mr. and Mrs. Rufus Canny. On Dec. 10, 1907, she married Edward Brown at Ottumwa. He died in 1934.

Surviving are two sons, Walter of Bowling Green, Ky., and Floyd of Fairfield; six grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Minnie Hart of Ottumwa; and one brother, Lacy Canny of Eldon.

The service will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Pedrick Funeral Home in Douds, with the Rev. Harold Harryman officiating. Burial will be in Leando Cemetery.
