RAY CHURCH

BONAPARTE - Ray Church, 89, of Bonaparte died today at 3:45 a.m. at the Fairfield Convalescent Home.

He was born March 18, 1886, in Davis County to Zadoch and Mary A. Litton Church. He married Bessie Gardner on April 7, 1909, at Fairfield. She died Nov. 30, 1975.

A retired farmer, he had lived in rural Bonaparte more than 50 years.

Surviving are one son, Kenneth of Bonaparte; two daughters, Katherine Wiley of Inglewood, Calif., and Madelon Anderson of Delavan, Wis.; three grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

The service will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Miller-Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington, with the Rev. Scott Holmes officiating. Burial will be in the Lamberth Cemetery near Mount Pleasant.
