KENNETH FINDLAY

ELDON - Kenneth Ned Findlay, 64, a former Eldon resident, died Jan. 19 at the Moline, Ill., Public Hospital.

He was born Nov. 28, 1911, in Eldon to Glenn and Madge Ferris Findlay.

An Eldon High School graduate, he attended Iowa Wesleyan College. He retired in September as an engineer for the Rock Island Railroad. He was a Mason.

Surviving are his widow, Cleo; one son, Ned of Moline; one daughter, Karen Starr of Coal Valley, Ill.; six grandchildren; one sister, Margaret Hancock of Ottumwa; and one brother, Robert of Eldon.

The funeral and burial were held Jan. 22 in Moline.
