Mrs. Emma Conner
MILTON - Mrs. Emma E. Conner, 84, died Sunday at the Bloomfield Manor, where she had lived about six years.
She was born May 18, 1890, in Jefferson County to Isaac and Mary Alice Steward Hudson. On Oct. 29, 1910, she married Dennis Paris. He preceded her in death. She then married Verni Conner Dec. 12, 1943. He died in 1968.
Surviving are one son, Henry Paris of Milton; one daughter, Helen Paris Hull of Denver, Colo.; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Robert Casady of Fort Madison and Floyd Casady of Long Beach, Calif.
The service will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Wellborn Funeral Home, with the Rev. Gerald Caughron officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery.
