LLOYD L. LEFEBVRE

Lloyd Louis Lefebvre, 74, of Farmington, died at 10:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 7 en route to Van Buren County Memorial hospital, Keosauqua.

He was born April 22, 1898, at Nauvoo, Ill., the son of Louis and Katie Ronner Lefebvre. On April 15, 1945 he was married to Arlene Nellie Shoemaker at Carthage, Ill. She survives. He moved to Farmington 12 years ago and was a retired transit bus driver.

Besides his wife, he is survived by one son, Louis Lefebvre of Toledo, Ohio; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Jim (Lois) Rubbins of Rio Linda, Calif. and Mary Broussard of West Lake, La.; two sisters, Mrs. Amos Steinhour of Carthage, Ill. and Bernice Lefebvre of Hamilton, Ill. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and one niece.

The funeral service was held Thursday, Jan. 11 at 2 p.m. at the Miller-Hofbauer Funeral Home, Farmington. Burial was in Greenglade Cemetery, Farmington.
