Mrs. Etta Russell

Mrs. Etta Russell, 80, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 19, 1972, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Zelma Hodges at Keokuk. She married Creath Russell March 11, 1917, and he preceded her in death several years ago. She leaves to mourn her passing two daughters, Marian of Chicago and Mrs. Zelma Hodges of Keokuk, and one son, Alfred of Marceline, Mo., two brothers, George McEldowney of Cantril and Henry McEldowney of Chicago and three sisters, Mrs. Metta Sullivan of Bloomfield, Mrs. Myra Nelson of Cantril and Edna Bishop of Keosauqua. Her funeral was Friday at 11 a.m. at the Milton Methodist Church with Rev. Dale Church officiating. Interment was in Sunnyside Cemetery.
