Mrs. Leslie E. Dumenil

ARGYLE - Mrs. Leslie E. Dumenil, 77 of Argyle died Tuesday, at 3:38 a.m. in Graham Hospital, Keokuk. she had been ill four days.

The former Elsie Satterly, she was born Nov. 8, 1893, at Farmington, the daughter of Hugh and Louisa Carver Satterly. She married Leslie Dumenil Oct. 16, 1919, at Farmington. He survives. They lived in the same home at Argyle for 52 years. She was a member of the Argyle United Presbyterian Church and its Women's Society.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Lloyd, of Ames; two daughters, Mrs. Leslie Linn of Tipton, and Mrs. James Fields of Phoenix, Ariz.; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers, one sister, and one grandson.

Funeral service was today at 2 p.m. in the Argyle United Presbyterian Church. Burial was in the Embury Cemetery. Miller-Hofbauer Funeral Home, Donnellson was in charge. A memorial to the Argyle United Presbyterian Church has been established.
