Harry (Ducky) Moske [Noske]

FARMINGTON - Harry (Ducky) Moske [Noske], 91, Bonaparte, died at 5:06 p.m. Monday, Oct. 17, at Van Buren County Memorial Hospital, Keosauqua.

Mr. Moske was born July 20, 1897, at Bonaparte and was a lifelong resident of the community. He had served on the Bonaparte City Council. He owned and operated the former Moske [Noske] Produce and Hatchery in Bonaparte and later farmed. He never married.

Surviving are a brother, Emil of Bonaparte; a sister, Ruth Meeks, Bonaparte; nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters. His parents were Emil and Louise Nauman Moske [Noske].

The body is at the Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington where services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Fred Malone will officiate. Burial will be in Bonaparte Cemtery.

The family will meet friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Hofbauer Funeral Home.

A memorial is being established with the Bonaparte First Repsonders for the purchase of a defibrillator.
