DALE HOFFMAN

Dale Hoffman of Keosauqua and Zwolle, La. died October 31, 1989 in Zwolle, La.

His body has been cremated. Burial was Friday, Nov. 3 at the National Cemetery in Rock Island, Ill.

Surviving are his wife Ellen, one daughter Marla Berger, two sons, Kenneth and Randy and five grandchildren.

A memorial has been established. They may be sent to RR 1, Box 352-0, Zwolle, La. 71486.
