OBITUARY

Mary Elizabeth, daughter of Levi and Hannah Hays, was born April 15,1851 and departed this life May 27, 1928 at the age of seventy-seven years, one month and twelve days.

On December 23, 1870, she was united in marriage to John W. Wolf. To this union were born ten children, two dying in infacy [sic] and one son, Frank, passed away June 12, 1908. The husband and father departed this life, February 15, 1913.

Four daughters, Mrs. Dave Lancaster and Mrs. Parsons, of Mount Sterling, Iowa; Mrs. Charles Buckles of Bloomfield and Mrs. Thane Wilson of Memphis, Mo., and three sons, Curtis and George of Mount Sterling and Guy of Halstead, Kans., are left to mourn their loss. They [creased paper-missing text].

She passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Dave Lancaster, where she was tenderly cared for by all of her children.

Sister Wolf was a good Christian.
