OBITUARY

John E. Foster, youngest child of Estes and Pamela Foster, passed away Dec. 12, 1925, after a week's illness with pneumonia. He was born Sept. 4, 1889, near Cantril, Ia., where he lived most of his life. Five years ago he moved to the [sic] Yakima Valley, Wash., and three years later to Aberdeen Wash., where he was an employee of the State Transfer Company. He was a member of the Aberdeen Lodge of the Moose.

His father, mother, one sister, Mrs. Effie Pittman, and two infant brothers preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Georgia, a daughter, Alinda, two sons, William and Samuel, all of Aberdeen, and three sisters, Myrtle McLane of Yakima, Wash.; Nannie McManis of Cantril, Ia., and Kate Saar, of Henderson, Ia., besides many other relatives and friends. He was laid away at Aberdeen, Wash.
