FLOYD E. HESTON

Floyd E. Heston, long-time resident of the Birmingham community, died Wednesday, Dec. 29, 1965, at the Hainline nursing home in Bonaparte. His death followed a lengthy illness.

Last rites were held Friday, Dec. 31 at 2 p.m. at the Zion Bible church near Douds with the Rev. Donald Wright officiating. Burial was in Fell cemetery near Libertyville.

Floyd E. Heston, 68, was born March 5, 1897 at Libertyville, the son of Charles A. and Louise McCleary Heston.

He was married to Julia Bartz who preceded him in death in 1918. He was married to Mary Doze, and later married to Margaret Smith Campbell, who survives.

The following children survive: Roger and Jack Heston, both of Birmingham; Charles, Stockport, and Mrs. Julia Anderson, Stockport. Other survivors include nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Lloyd and Emil Heston, both of Fairfield; and two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Allison, Fairfield, and Mrs. Harry Carter, Burlington.

Heston preceded in death by two sons, two brothers and a sister. He had been a farmer in the Birmingham community most of his life.
