HARRY C. JAMESON

Harry C. Jameson, 74, died Wednesday night, Dec. 18, at Memorial Hospital in Keosauqua following a long illness.

He was born Sept. 27, 1889, near Winchester, the son of Robert and Lemira Robinson Jameson. In 1917 he married Sarah M. Hewitt, who survives.

Other survivors include four sons, Robert of Eugene, Ore.; Rex of Burlington and Richard and John, both of Fairfield; two daughters, Mrs. Doris Nidy of Marengo and Mrs. Lemira Collett of Williamsburg; one sister, Mrs. Belle Umphrey of Birmingham, 16 grand-children and one great-grandchild.

Services were held Saturday, Dec. 21 at 1:30 p.m. at the Birmingham Methodist church in charge of the Rev. Wayne Hoehns.

Burial was in Maple Hill Cemetery at Birmingham.
