Grant M. Enlow

Grant M. Enlow, 89, a life-time resident of Van Buren and Jefferson counties, died suddenly at 8 A.M. Friday, May 31.

He was stricken at the Nelson Nursing Home, Fairfield, where he had been a patient since January, 1966, and died en route to the hospital.

Funeral services were held at 2 P.M. Monday at the Weston Behner Funeral Home, Fairfield with the Rev. E. Wayne Ryan officiating. Burial was in Maple Hill Cemetery, Birmingham.

Enlow was born July 14, 1878 at Birmingham, the son of William H. and Laura Stonebraker Enlow. In 1909 he moved to a farm southwest of Fairfield where he operated a dairy. He also served as a dealer in Guernsey cows until his retirement in 1947.

Enlow is survived by one son, Cloyce, and one daughter, Louise. He was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.
