George Prall

George Prall, 75, retired contractor, builder and cabinet maker, died at 7 a.m. Monday in Memorial hospital at Keosauqua. He had suffered a stroke Friday at his home in Keosauqua, which is near the hospital.

Mr. Prall was born on a farm near Keosauqua and had spent his life in the community. He was the son of Thomas and Eliza Prall, and was born Oct. 12, 1875. He was married in 1903 to Lena Mason, who survives.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Burnett-Catcott funeral home in Keosauqua with the Rev. Burton C. Bastuscheck of the Methodist church officiating. Burial was in the Bethel cemetery near Lebanon.
