Ralph Story

Ralph Story, 87, of southwest of Bonaparte, died Saturday, May 13 at 4:30 p.m. at Memorial Hospital in Keosauqua. He had been ill since November.

The service was held Monday, May 15 at the Bonaparte Methodist Church. Rev. Ellsworth Walker officiated. Burial was in Thompson Cemetery.

He was born May 7, 1874, in Van Buren County, the son of John and Melinda Story. He had spent all his life on the same farm and was unmarried. A brother, Guy, and a sister, Mrs. Reta House, both of Bonaparte, survive. Two brothers and three sisters preceded him in death.
