Mrs. Flora Martin

Mrs. Flora Martin died Tuesday, May 27 in Santa Barbara, California at the age of 87.

She was born in Farmington, the daughter of James and Nancy Jane Cochran Moreland. She was the widow of William A. Martin, a Farmington barber for many years. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Arthur Bock, Santa Barbara and a son, Erle Martin of Chicago, also one grandson, Donald Martin, Portland, Oregon.

Mrs. Martin was the oldest sister of Ed and Dick Moreland, Farmington. Other surviving brother and sisters are, Charles E. Moreland, San Antonio, Texas; Mrs. Frank Dill, Waterloo and Mrs. Jennie Heman, St. Marys, West Va.

She was a member of the Baptist church at Farmington. The body will be cremated in California and the ashes will be sent here for internment at Greenglade cemetery.
